About Reading the Supplement Facts
Each supplement bottle has a Supplement Facts panel. It states the serving size, the servings per bottle and each ingredient with its amount. Some lines also show a percent Daily Value.
The basics
Reading takes two minutes. Check the serving size, then move down the ingredient list. Milligrams (mg) and micrograms (mcg) tell you how much of each is in a serving.

The SodaPeak bottle prints every ingredient and amount, so you can read all of it before and after you order. The serving is 2 gummies.
